a husband & wife team, joined Lockwood Escrow in 2007 as a transition to opening Seright Escrow in 2007. Greg and
Linette Seright both hold CEO Designations (Certified Escrow Officer designations earned through the California
Escrow Association).
Your strong Seright Team consists of six experienced Escrow Officers:
Greg Seright, Certified Escrow Officer specializing
in Commercial and Multi-Family Sales and Refinances as well as Short Sales and Sub Division Transactions. Linette Seright, Certified Escrow Officer concentrating in
Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales, Short Sales, Subdivision, Refinances, and Reverse Mortgage transactions and
has been in escrow over 10 years.
Marlene Stewart, Senior Escrow Officer has committed
herself to providing excellent service for over 35 years in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Short Sales, Hard
Money Loans, and Refinances.
Jayno Whelan, is a Senior Escrow Officer, who worked
at Lockwood Escrow for 19 years and continues to offer her specialized services with Seright Escrow processing Commercial,
Multi-Family and Residential Real Estate Sale and Refinance Escrows.
Jennifer Underhill, Escrow Officer dedicating her efforts
in Residential Real Estate Sales and Residential Refinances.
Joseph Adriano, Escrow Officer focusing on Reverse Mortgage,
Residential Sale and Refinance Transactions and has been in the Escrow Industry for 7 years.
All of our Escrow Officers are active members in one
or more of the following associations: Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors, Professionals in Real Estate,
The Escrow Institute, California Escrow Association and the Escrow Associates of the San Gabriel Valley. They participate
in these various real estate associations in order to be timely aware of changes and to anticipate the ever changing needs
of the real estate participants.
